We may correct pricing, typographical, or calculation errors even after an order is submitted. If a correction materially changes the total, we may contact you for approval or cancel and refund the affected order.

Payments are processed through Shopify and other third-party payment providers. We do not control those providers’ services, security procedures, approval decisions, or processing times.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier operations, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted at checkout.

8. Returns and Refunds

Because coffee is a perishable food product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, incorrect selections, or opened or unopened coffee.

If a product arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within seven days of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the product, shipping box, and mailing label.

Once verified, we may provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Subscriptions

If coffee subscriptions are offered, the price and delivery frequency will be displayed before checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until the subscription is canceled.

You are responsible for managing your delivery schedule, shipping address, payment details, skips, pauses, and cancellation before the next scheduled billing date.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been billed or processed. Additional terms may appear in our Subscription Policy or at checkout.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, and special offers may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, and purchase limits.

Unless stated otherwise:
